Returns, exchanges and refunds

Thank you for shopping at surfinestate.eu If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are available.

You have 30 business days to return or exchange an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in the same condition as when you received it. Your item must be in its original packaging.

Return an item free of charge

Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt of your package. Any return may give rise to a refund depending on your means of payment.

Returns are free of charge only for Metropolitan France and the European Union within the limit of one return per order. Some products are not eligible for free returns: surfboards, books, and discounted products.

1. Your free return form has been inserted in your package beforehand.
2. Prepare your parcel by repackaging the items in their original packaging or, if not, in a suitable packaging, slide the return form inside and affix the return slip to the parcel.
3. Finally, deposit your package at La Poste or at a collection point depending on the option you have chosen.

Return an item

Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt of your package. Any return may give rise to a refund depending on your means of payment.

Returns are at your expense if they concern a surfboard or a book, or if your delivery and shipping address is outside Europe. 

1. Go to your personal account, then in front of your order number, click on "Request a return";
2. Tick the products and quantities you wish to return,
3. Prepare your package by repackaging the items in their original packaging or, failing that, in a suitable packaging, slide the return form inside and affix the return slip to the package.

Refund

Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected and we will inform you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your credit card (or the original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within 10 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Exchange

If you wish to exchange an item, we invite you first to return the item you do not wish to keep, in accordance with the return instructions on this page.
If the original item is worth the price of the desired replacement item, the new item will be sent to you upon receipt of the return of the original item, at no additional charge.

Items for sale

All items on sale are final sales with the exception of damaged or defective products. For a damaged sale item or a return request, please contact us directly by email at contact@surfinestate.eu
